Elegant Textiles is committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If, for any reason, you are unsatisfied with your online purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or an exchange. Please refer to our return policy below.
RETURNS PROCEDURE
All returns must be made within fourteen (14) calendar days from the delivery date. Items for returns must be in their original packaging, in an uncut and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

- Please reference your original Purchase Order Number.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping charge is non-refundable. Elegant Textiles is not responsible for lost or unapproved returns.
- We will email you a return shipping label upon request or you can ship the merchandise directly to the below shipping address using the below format via FEDEX, UPS, USPS, or any company that can provide a return tracking number.

- Upon receipt and inspection of the returned merchandise, we will issue the refund within 5-7 business days. If Elegant Textiles provided the return shipping label or scheduled the return shipping logistics, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your total refund amount.
We carefully inspect all merchandise before shipment. We encourage you to inspect all merchandise for possible damages upon receipt. In the event that damages occur in transit, or if you discover any manufacturer defects, please contact us immediately at 1.213.741.0000. Upon return, your merchandise will be inspected and all proper refunds will be issued.
NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
Items marked as “Promotional”, “Closeouts” or “Final Sale” are not eligible for refund, store credit or exchange. This includes all items in our “Sale” section.
Special orders or order-based items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Customers have 48 hours from the order date to cancel the special order. Cancellations thereafter will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible to provide a correct and complete shipping address. Elegant Textiles is not responsible for the lost items because of the incorrect shipping address (provided by the customer upon placing the order).
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We also accept payments via PayPal. You may also contact us to obtain special pricing for wire transfers.
SHIPPING POLICY
Note that all freight and shipping fees are dependent on weight of the total order and shipping address.
Domestic orders will be shipped within 2-3 business days during normal business hours. Normal business hours do not include weekends, holidays, and shipping carrier holidays. International orders require up to two (2) additional processing days prior shipping.
Processing time and ship-out date may be delayed due to charge verifications, special orders and/or requests, orders on hold for color difference, etc.
Orders will be shipped via a major carrier such as FEDEX, USPS, or UPS. Each order will have a tracking number sent to your e-mail and a signature proof of delivery may be required to receive your package.
We are not responsible for any delays due to incomplete or incorrect address or any delays caused by our carrier. We are also not responsible for any delays due to weather conditions (i.e. snow, tornadoes, road closures, etc.). For international shipments, we are not responsible for any delays beyond our control such as delays at customs.
Orders going out of the United States may be subject to brokerage fees, duties, and taxes. All brokerage fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
